Ariel at The Black and Red offers some sobering advice on partying and drugs in her latest editorial:

As teenagers, we all love to party in some kind of way; whether it be good or bad, all teens like to do it. And when the weekend or major breaks roll around we know what time it is. Making the plans with friends and arranging the event around a parent’s departure and finding out whose bringing what, But when is the party planning taken to far? More than 60% of teen parties include alcohol and other type of drugs. Many teens don’t believe that it’s a party without some kind of drug, they partially know most of the facts about drinking, but they do not want to acknowledge them!
